With over 30 years of nursing experience, my journey in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where I developed a deep passion for patient care. Working hands-on with residents gave me invaluable insight into the challenges faced by both caregivers and the facilities that support them. Through dedication and a commitment to excellence, I advanced through the ranks—becoming a nurse, a leader, and ultimately serving as Director of Nursing for many years.
Having experienced firsthand the operational and regulatory challenges in long-term care, I founded JennCare Consulting to help facilities bridge the gap between compliance, staff development, and quality patient care. I understand that great care starts with well-trained, well-supported teams, and I’m passionate about empowering healthcare professionals with the tools and guidance they need to succeed. My mission is to help facilities not only meet regulatory standards but also create an environment where both staff and residents can thrive.
